- It's 1 cup of rice.
- Prepare 2 tsp of oil.
- You need 1/4 of th cup peanut.
- It's 2 of clove.
- Prepare 2 of black pepper.
- You need 1 of green chilli.
- You need 1 of bayleaf.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of pav bhaji masala powder.

Masala Peanut Rice step by step
- Firstly,wash rice well and keep it aside for atleast half an hour..
- Heat oil in a pan,fry peanuts and put off it..
- Now add cloves,black pepper,bay leaf and green chilli.....let them crackle..
- Add washed rice,all dry spices and salt to taste,mix well altogether and add 2 cup water and fried peanuts and cook rice until it totally absorbs water or until it cooked properly..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and Masala Peanut Rice is ready..
