- Prepare 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat atta.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of curd.
- Prepare 2 tsp of oil.
- It's 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of ajwain.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of coriander chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ghee or butter.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
- It's 1/4 cup of hot water.
Masala Fulka step by step
- Make a well in the flour and add oil,curd,red chilli and cumin powder,chopped coriander,salt and ajwain.Mix well and add hot water as needed.Knead well to make a soft dough.Set aside covered with a samp cloth for half hour.Knead again and divide into 6 equal balls..
- Roll out into thin fulkas.Heat a fry pan and roast fulkas.Puff up the fulkas on direct heat..
- Smear little ghee or butter on the fulkas.Toss once on pan and serve hot with any veg or non veg curry or simply with curd and pickle..
