  1. In a blender add beetroot, curd and blend for 2 mins to get a smooth texture..

  4. Now preheat the idli cooker and grease the plate with oil..
  5. After 10 mins add eno and salt in mixture and mix well..
  6. Now in a greased plate add batter and sprinkle coriander on top of it..
  7. Now steam dhoklas for 15 mins and take it out when it's completely cooked..
  8. In a pan add oil,mustard seeds, green chillies,curry leaves and sprinkle all over the dhokla..
