Ingredients of Kandi Chicken
- It's 500 gms of boneless chicken cubed.
- You need 7-8 of garlics.
- It's 1/2 inch of ginger.
- You need 4-5 of green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala pd.
- It's 2 tsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of fresh cream.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- You need 2 of eggs.
- You need of Oil for frying.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- It's of Wooden skewers dipped in water for 10 min.
Kandi Chicken step by step
- Grind the ginger, garlic,green chillies and coriander leaves in to paste. Wash the chicken and pat dry.
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic coriander and green chilli paste,lemon juice, garam masala pd and salt keep it for 2 hours. Then add fresh cream and mix well put the chicken in wooden skewers 3 to 4 pieces.
- Then apply bread crumbs to all the chicken. Beat the egg in a plate with salt. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the the chicken skewers in the egg and fry on medium flame for 3 mins then flip and cook the other side on till done.
- Remove it on an absorbent kitchen towel and serve with ketchup or green chutney.
