Ingredients of Kandi Chicken

  1. It's 500 gms of boneless chicken cubed.
  2. You need 7-8 of garlics.
  3. It's 1/2 inch of ginger.
  4. You need 4-5 of green chillies chopped.
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala pd.
  7. It's 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp of fresh cream.
  9. Prepare 3/4 cup of bread crumbs.
  10. You need 2 of eggs.
  11. You need of Oil for frying.
  12. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  13. It's of Wooden skewers dipped in water for 10 min.

Kandi Chicken step by step

  1. Grind the ginger, garlic,green chillies and coriander leaves in to paste. Wash the chicken and pat dry.
  2. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic coriander and green chilli paste,lemon juice, garam masala pd and salt keep it for 2 hours. Then add fresh cream and mix well put the chicken in wooden skewers 3 to 4 pieces.
  3. Then apply bread crumbs to all the chicken. Beat the egg in a plate with salt. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the the chicken skewers in the egg and fry on medium flame for 3 mins then flip and cook the other side on till done.
  4. Remove it on an absorbent kitchen towel and serve with ketchup or green chutney.
