- Prepare 200 gm of Soya Chunks.
- You need 250 gm of Potatoes.

Masala soyabin instructions
- Take 200 gm of Soya Chunks, and soak for half an hour, cut a 250 gms (potatoes weigh higher than soya chunks) and cut it in size of your soya chunks and rinse in cold water. After soaking for half an hour press the soya chunks and throw as much water as you can from it. Take a deep pot and fill half of it with water, add a tablespoon of salt, little bit of sugar, one tablespoon vinegar, add 2 bay leaves, 1/2 star anise and make it till boil. As water starts boiling add your soya chunks in it and.
- Take 200 gms of Onions and grat it, take 2 large tomatoes and vrat them as well. Take pan and put some oil in it, as much as potatoes should not stick while frying. Drain the excess water and add potatoes to the hot oil, don't add salt and cook for 3 min. Take out soya chunks from the boil water and squeeze them to release as much water as you can, wash them and squeeze them again. Add those soya chunks with potatoes, and fry for next 4 to 8 mins till potatoes and soyachunk are started getting.

Everytime when onion gets brown colour add some water and keep it frying till it becomes slightly paste, add tomatoes and salt and 10 to 12 crushed black pepper. And keep frying till tomatoes starts releasing oil.
