- Basmati rice ko 10min soak karke rakhe tab tak onion tomato alu ko chopped karde.
- Cooker me oil/ghee add karein usme jeera Hing add karein tej patta red chilly dry add karein or onion slice saute.
- Then add tomato garlic chilly paste add karein.
- Tomato onion saute karke chopped potato or green peas add karein or saute.
- Sare masale add karein biryani powder red chilly powder turmeric powder Coriander powder.
- Mix well all masala.
- Add soak rice.
- Rice ki requirement ke hisab se water add karein or salt bhi swad anusar.
