- Heat oil in a frypan and put ground nuts in it. After few seconds put cumin seed and mustard seeds cook with few minutes. Mix all well. After that in pan put curry leaves, green chilli, red chilli, cashew nut, salt and grated coconut mix well cook four to five minutes medium flame.At last cooked rice put in pan and cook five to six minutes..
