- Prepare 1 liter of milk for preparing Rabdi.
- You need 1/2 liter of milk for rasgulla.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of vinegar.

- Boil 1/2liter of milk in a pan and add vinegar into it..
- When it curdle switch off the flame and strain the chhena from the whey and hang it for sometime in a muslin cloth..
- Mash the chhena well and mix the semolina as well and half of the cardamom powder and mash again it for sometime..
- Prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar, water and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder..
- Then make small balls and let them boil into sugar syrup for 8-10 minutes..
- Rasgullas are now ready..
- In the meantime boil the sweet potato and after cooling down grind it well..
