- Soak saffron in 4_5 TSP hot milk and keep aside.
- Cut the circular peice out of the bread with the help of cookie cutter or a katori and repeate the process for all the bread slices..
- Put the milk on low flame, add soaked saffron and continiously stir it and avoid burning..till milk is reduced to half.
- When milk is reduced nd bcm thick add sugar and mix properly. Keep it for cooling.
- When milk is at room temprature keep it in refrigerator for chilling..
- When milk is chilled. Take it out.
- Take a plate, place bread PEICES in it according to ur choice and pour thickened milk on it and garnish with finely chopped pista on the top.
