Ingredients of Quinoa Dosa
- You need 250 gms of Quinoa Floor.
- It's 3/4 cup of dahi.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare As needed of Water to adjust consistency.
- It's as needed of Oil.
- Prepare 1 of Precooked chopped carrots.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds for tempering.
- You need 1 of medium onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli chopped.

Quinoa Dosa instructions
- Beat the curd.
- In a pan temper mustard seeds and saute onion greenchilli curry leaves too if you are adding.
- Dissolve the flour in curd and add water too and mix the sauted onion and mustard seeds in the batter.
- Make a homogeneous mixture of thin consistency as in dosa.
- Drizzle the griddle with oil.
- Spread a ladleful of batter and move the laddle in concentric circles.
- Drizzle oil from the sides.
- Spread the veggies mentioned or of your choice a top the surface of spread.
