- It's 1 cup of Curd.
- It's 1/2 cup of Milk.
- You need 2 tsp of Ghee/ oil.
- You need 2 tsp of Chopped green chillies.
- It's 2 tsp of Chopped coriander leaves.
- It's 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Broken cashew nut.

Curd Rice step by step
- For tempering heat the oil/ ghee in a pan add mustard seeds, Urad dal, Chana dal saute add green chillies saute add cashew nuts and raisins mix well and allow to cool. In the mixing bowl add boiled rice smash lightly add salt, Curd, milk mix well add tempered mixture, Coriander leaves mix well finally add pomegranate seeds,mix gently, transfer to serving bowl.
