- In a pan heat ghee. Add suji and roast it till turns fragrant or golden brown..
- Transfer roasted suji in a bowl..
- In a same pan add pineapple puree, pineapple pieces, sugar and water. (To make pineapple puree blend pineapple in a mixer grinder with little milk or water).
- Cook till water comes to boil and pineapple pieces turns soft..
- Add chopped cashew nuts and almonds..
- Add roasted suji and stir continuously till mixture thickens..
- Add green cardamom powder and mix well..
- Delicious pineapple halwa is ready to serve..
