- You need 1 of big cup whisked curd.
- It's as needed of Curry leaves.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Prepare Aa needed of Oil.

- Prepare To taste of Green Chillies.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chopped Ginger.

Curd Rice step by step
- Take a bowl, add 1 cup leftover rice, 1 cup whisked curd and salt as per your taste. You can use fresh rice as well..
- Add chopped green chillies and ginger mix well, set aside..
- Heat a tadka pan and add oil in it..
- When the oil becomes hot add mustard seeds and let them crackle, now add few curry leaves and switch off the flame..
- Remove from flame and pour the tadka to the curd rice and mix well..
- Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and serve South Indian curd rice chilled..
