- In a pan add ¼ cup water and milk. After the milk has boiled add condensed milk in it and mix well..
- After one boil add grated paneer and mix well. Now simmer the flame for 10 minutes.
- Now add cardamom powder and put off the flame after one boil. Garnish it with nuts and add Gulkand.
- For ghewar.
- First make ghewar by rubbing ice & ghee together for 10 mins.
- Now add maida & milk side bysidemix well.add water make a mixture of pouring consistency.
- Fry in desi ghee.Ghewar is ready.
- Put paneer rabri on top of Ghewar & garnish with kesar & rose petals.
