  1. In a pan add ¼ cup water and milk. After the milk has boiled add condensed milk in it and mix well..
  2. After one boil add grated paneer and mix well. Now simmer the flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add cardamom powder and put off the flame after one boil. Garnish it with nuts and add Gulkand.
  4. For ghewar.
  5. First make ghewar by rubbing ice & ghee together for 10 mins.
  6. Now add maida & milk side bysidemix well.add water make a mixture of pouring consistency.
  7. Fry in desi ghee.Ghewar is ready.
  8. Put paneer rabri on top of Ghewar & garnish with kesar & rose petals.
