- Fry cashews,remove them in a plate.Fry vermicelli in same pan by adding 2 _3tsp ghee..
- Pour milk in the same pan after vermicelli is light brown in colour.Boil milk in medium flame till becomes half.Add sugar according to taste.Then add cardamon powder and switch off the flame..
- Add mango pieces in mixer and puree it till there are no lumps.Add this to kheer when kheer is cooled down.Serve in a bowl after keeping this in fridge for one hour.
