- Prepare 1 cup of Corn flour.
- You need 2 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of ghee.
- It's 1/2 cup of Cashew nuts.
- It's 1 tsp of Orange food colour.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
Bombay Karachi halwa step by step
- First add Corn flour in 1 1/4 cup water mix it well,till all lumps get desolved.
- Take sugar in pan add 3/4 cup water,cook untill sugar melts.
- Add corn flour batter in sugar syrup and cook on medium flame stirring continuously untill it become thick,when halwa start appearing transparent,add half amount of ghee,add rest of the ghee at regular intervals and cook till all ghee gets observe,add Orange food colour,Cardamom powder,Cashew nuts and mix it well, cook For 7 minutes until it become thick,turn off the flame,pour batter into tray allow it to set,cut into pieces,Bombay Karachi halwa ready to served.
