  1. Blend bread into crumbs and in a bowl add bread crumbs nd milk.soak for 10 min.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.add freshly grated coconut or decicated coconut toast for 2-3 mins add the sugar and keep stirring.let the sugar dissolves.
  3. Now add soaked bread crumbs in the pan and cook till milk evaporated.
  4. Add ghee and cashews raisins cardamom powder and mix well.turn off the stove. Grease the ghee in the tray and spread it evenly..
  5. Let it comes to room temperature and keep refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  6. Remove from the tray and cut it.garnish with badam and serve it.
