Ingredients of Chocolate Burfi
- You need 1/2 cup of Milk powder –.
- You need 1/2 Tablespoon of Unsweetened Cocoa powder –.
- You need 1/2 cup of Sugar--.
- You need 1/3 cup of Water.
- It's 1 tbsp of melted ghee+ for greasing.
- It's as needed of Melon Seeds and cashewnuts – To garnish.
Chocolate Burfi instructions
- First of all mix milk powder and coco powder together, very well. Keep it aside..
- In the mean time grease a plate with ghee and keep aside..
- Now in a pan add sugar and water, stir well so that sugar completely dissolves. Keep boiling, till the syrup reaches single string consistency..
- Test the syrup carefully, between your fingers it should form a thin single string..
- Now add milk powder coco mixture and mix well, keep stirring..
- In a few seconds mixture will become thick but still in flowing consistency. Add ghee,give a quick stir and switch off the flame..
- Transfer the mixture to ghee greased plate, Flatten with back of the spoon for smooth finish. Garnish with melon seeds and cashewnuts..
- Now quickly cut with knife and let it cool completely..
- Now keep cool burfi in air tight container & refrigerate..
- Yummy and delicious chocolate burfi is ready to relish..
