You can have Sevai Kheer using 7 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Sevai Kheer
- You need 1 bowl of Sevai.
- Prepare 3/4 bowl of Sugar (less or more depends on you).
- You need 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- Prepare 12 threads of Saffron.
- You need 1.5 litre of Milk.
- It's 2 tsp of Desi ghee.
- You need 2 tsp of Dryfruits pieces.
Sevai Kheer instructions
- Take 1 litre milk boil it,when starts boiling keep watch and boil till it thickened to 1/2 litre..
- Boil 1/2 litre milk in another pot and take it down..
- Now add sugar, Cardamom powder,Saffron in thick milk and boil for 5 minutes..
- Now heat ghee in a kadhai add sevai mix well..
- Saute on slow flame till it get golden brown..
- Now add the sevai in another 1/2 litre Boiled milk, let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame..
- Mix well add thick milk with sugar,saffron mix well..
- Sevai Kheer is ready..
- Serve in bowl decorated with dry fruits (I have used pieces of pista and almonds and few threads of Saffron)..
