Ingredients of Spicy Chicken Masala
- It's 1 kg of Chicken pieces.
- It's 2 of small sized diced capsicum.
- Prepare 6 pieces of diced onions.
- You need 2 tablespoon of garlic flakes.
- You need 1 cup of minced tomato.
- It's 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of chilli powder.
- It's 2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- You need 2 teaspoon of salt.
- It's 1 teaspoon of garam masala.
- Prepare 1 packet of Chicken masala.
- It's 2 tablespoons of Tomato ketchup.
- You need 2 tablespoons of soya sauce.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce.
- Prepare 4 of small sized bay leaves.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.
- You need 4 tablespoons of oil.
Spicy Chicken Masala instructions
- Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly with water approx 2-3 times..
- Marinate the chicken pieces by applying one teaspoon turmeric powder & 1 teaspoon salt, heat the kadhai for a while & add 3 table spoon oil in it..
- Transfer all the marinated chicken in kadhai & fry it for 15 mins in medium flame, till it turns golden brown in colour..
- After 15 minutes of frying take out the chicken out of the kadhai & keep it aside..
- Add little more oil in kadhai & then put cumin seeds & bay leaves in the kadhai, after 2 minutes add all the garlic flakes in the kadhai, & keep stiring it for 2 minutes..
- Now put all the onions & capsicum in the kadhai & fry it till it is deep brown in colour, keep stiring it again & again..
- Add little more salt & turmeric powder in the kadhai, keep stiring all the ingredients till it becomes half mashed, keep the flame in medium flow only..
- Now add the fried chicken in the kadhai & mix it up with all the spices perfectly.....keep frying the chicken with all the ingredients & fry till chicken pieces starts leaving the bones, this is the sign that chicken is getting almost ready..
- Now add chicken Masala & garam masala in the mixture & stirr little more..
- After you start getting a wonderful aroma, add all the sauces in it & then stirr little more for mixing it all together perfectly..
- Garnish the chicken with some chopped coriander leaves & serve it hot with Tawa Roti or Paratha..
- After that add 2 cups water & leave the chicken for 10 minutes with full flame.Switch off the flame when you find the consistency of the gravy according to your need..
