Almond Rocks instructions
- Cut almonds into slivers. Microwave them for 2 minutes. Keep aside to cool..
- Cut chocolate into chunks. Microwave for 1minute 30 seconds,, by taking out after 30 seconds & mixing well..
- Remove from microwave & stir constantly till it cools down slightly..
- Line a tray with butter paper..
- Mix almonds with chocolate. Stir well..
- Take out half tablespoon scoops of almond- chocolate mixture & add to butter paper..
- Keep in fridge to set for 3 hours..
- When done, remove & wrap individual pieces in foil & keep refrigerated..
