- It's 1 cup of Lotus seeds.
- It's 1/4 cup of Pista(chopped).

- Take makhana in a non-stick pan and dry roast on low heat till it becomes hard. Remove in a plate and set aside..
- Add the makhana into a blender and blend to a fine powder. Remove in a plate and set aside..
- Add roasted coconut, almond,pista and cashew in a blender and blend to a fine powder and keep it aside..
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add the makhana powder and saute on low heat till slightly golden, stirring continuously..
- Add cashew, coconut, almond and pista powder in a pan.Saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame..
- Add sugar syrup, green cardamom powder and mix well. Cook till the mixture leaves the pan and turns slightly brown..
- Grease a burfi tray with ghee on all sides. Transfer the mixture and spread it..
- Sprinkle pistachio and almond over burfi and slightly press them. Allow to set.Cut into shapes as per your choice..
