  2. Prepare 250 g of sugar.

  1. Grate the carrots and fry it with dalda in a kadhai..till it becomes brown...
  2. Then take sugar and 2-3 tbsp water in a kadhai and make the sugar syrup..then add the carrots...and mix well.
  3. When it becomes little dry then take it out in a plate and flatten it... garnish with cashews....
  4. When it becomes fully dry cut it into burfi shapes....
