- Take a pan. Add oil, heat well firstly add gobi flowers and deeply fry it then potatoes and baby onions. Fry all veggies till turns crispy..

- Take a pan. Add 1 tbsp oil heat well.
- Then add 1 pc of cinnamon, 1 bay leaf some seeds of fenugreek a pinch of hing saute it.
