  2. Take a big size amount from a dough and rolled it.
  3. Now spread ghee all over it.
  4. Now sprinkle chaat masala, black pepper powder and kasuri methi.
  5. Now like a paper fan fold it evenly.
  6. Now roll it all together.
  7. Now rolled it slowly so the layers easily visible.
  8. Heat tawa and place the paratha on it when its cooked from one side flip it and apply ghee.
  9. See the layers.
