- It's 1 litre of milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of Badam finely chopped.
- It's 2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- Prepare 4/5 tbsp of Sugar.
Badami Rabdi instructions
- In a thick bottomed pan add milk now stir and remove the milk cream put it aside with spoon till it comes to half and slightly changes colour now after that add cardamom powder.
- After milk comes to half and thicken slightly next add sugar and mix well till sugar dissolves.
- Next add kesar strands if u want and switch off flame if it get thickened..
- Now cool it well and top it up with finely chopped badam..
- Put it in fridge for 1 hr.
- Serve chilled 😊.
