  7. It's 15-16 of chopped coriander leaves.
  8. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

  1. Firstly take a pan...and add oil and ginger garlic paste....and add onions and cooked it until they become goldnish brown and then add grated tomatoes.
  2. Then add necessary spices,coriander powder,2 tsp malai,ketchup and 2 tsp water and mix it gently...then add 1 pinch food colour and then add boiled mushrooms.
  3. Mix it and cook for 5-10 minutes and add coriander leaves and mix it and serve it with green chutney and paratha....too yummy.
