- Prepare of pineapple puree.
- It's of Semolina (suji).
- It's of chilli paste.
- It's of Salt.
- It's of beking soda.
- It's of Water.
- Prepare of rai/ mustard seeds.
- It's of sugar.
- It's of water.
Pineapple Dhokla instructions
- Take a bowl add semolina, pineapple puree,chilli paste, salt and water and mix well and make a batter and take a rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Now add soda and mix well then pour batter into the greased thali and place it in the steamer cover with the lid and steam for 10 minutes. When a little cool cut into squares.
- For tadka heat oil into a pan add mustard seeds when it crackles add sugar and water and stir 1 minutes.
- Now pour this tdka on the dhokla.
