Ingredients of Badam pista matka kulfi
- It's 500 litre of milk.
- You need 1 spoon of corn starch.
- You need 3 spoons of sugar.
- Prepare 1 spoon of Crushed badam.
- You need 1& 1/2 spoon of crushed pistachios.
Then fill this mixture either in an ice-cream tray or in kulfi cones. Refrigerate overnight in the frozen section of your refrigerator. Rinse the clay pots then pour the mixture into the pots. I poured half of the mixture into kulfi moulds for mittus sake and only.

- Pour milk into a pan and keep it for boil on high flame.
- In a bowl take 3 spoons water and add corn starch and mix it well.
- Wen milk comes to boil keep the flame on medium and add starch mixture and stir the milk continously.
- Wen the 60% quantity left in pan add sugar, mix well and stir it till it melts, now add badam and pista into it and mix well.
- Now switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down.
- Wen it cools completely keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour dein whisk it for 5 minutes, u may also grind it into mixer.
- Take small mitti ka matka and fill it with kulfi mixture and sprinkle badam and pista over it.. freeze it till it sets properly coverings with sling.
