  1. Take a pressure cooker, add desi ghee and dalia and let it roast for about 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring..
  2. Add all the vegetables and salt, pepper, red chilli and mix well..
  3. Add 4-5 cups water depend upon your pressure cooker, and let it come to a boil. Now when it starts boiling, close the lid and let it cook for 2 whistles and 5 minutes on low flame..
  4. After the pressure is released, open and mixed everything. Your Beetroot Masala Daliya is ready..
