- It's 1 cup of rice.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Jeera.
- Prepare 2-3 of Bay Leaves.
- Prepare 3-4 of Elachi.
- You need 1 of small piece of Dalchini.
- You need 3-4 pieces of Laung.
- It's 8-10 of sliced Onions.
- You need 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2-3 of tomatoes cut into small pieces.
- Prepare 1 cup of youghurt.
- Prepare 8 pieces of boiled Egg.
- You need Handful of Green Dhaniya.
- You need Handful of Phudina.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Haldi.
- It's 1 teaspoon of kashmiri Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Biryani masala.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
- Prepare Pinch of kesar soaked in milk(One tablespoon of milk is enough).

Egg Biryani instructions
- First boil rice adding Jeera, Bay leaves, Dalchini, Cloves. 80% of rice should be cooked. Strain the water. And keep aside..
- Now boil Eggs.. After boiling remove the shells and poke the egg with fork. Add pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder and little salt and keep aside..
- Take half quantity of onions and fry them till golden brown and keep them aside..
- Take a Pan. Put little oil. Fry those masala boiled eggs on low flame. Once it turns golden remove them. In that same oil put other half onions and saute them till it turns pink. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 3 mins till the smell goes.. Now add tomatoes. And saute them till tomatoes are done..lower the flame and add all masalas like haldi, dhaniya powder, Biryani masala,red chilli powder and garam masala..
- Now add beaten yoghurt and mix it well..
- Now cut the all the Eggs into half. Now take half masala in one bowl. Now spread little rice over this masala and sprinkle little many leaves, coriander leaves, some fried onions, some eggs. Also add little kesar which is soaked in milk and food colour water.. Now add rest of the masala and again add rest of rice and fry onion, green dhaniya, many leaves and kesar water and food colour and rest of eggs too...
- Now put the flame low and close the lid and let it cook for 10-15 mins...
- Now serve hot with Raita.
