Ingredients of Egg Biryani

  1. You need 3-4 of Eggs boiled.
  2. Prepare 1 bowl of Basmati rice.
  3. It's 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  6. It's 1 tsp of Cummin powder.
  7. It's 2 cups of Onions chopped.
  8. You need 2 of Green chilli.
  9. Prepare 1 cup of Tomato chopped.
  10. Prepare as needed of Ghee/oil.
  11. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  12. It's of Whole garam masala:.
  13. Prepare 2 of Bay leaves.
  14. You need 1 of Black cardamom.
  15. You need 1 of cinnamon stick.
  16. Prepare 3-4 of Cloves.
  17. You need 10-15 of Cashews.

Egg Biryani instructions

  1. Soak rice for 15mins and boil them only 70% and keep open in pan..
  2. Deep fry onions till brown.Keep aside..
  3. Now in a pan heat ghee add cummin half tsp,Bay leaves,whole garam masala and let them splutter..
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes,salt,gr and stir fry..
  5. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander & cummin powder and stir fry nicely..
  6. Put little water and make a nice Masala..
  7. Add fried onions 3/4th only and mix well.Add eggs and stir gently now..
  8. Turn off the heat once you get nice thick gravy madala like..
  9. Now for layering the Biryani.Take a big deep pan/dekchi.First grease will little oil..
  10. Now add some rice and on it put egg Masala that we prepared.Put rest of the rice on it.Add chopped coriander leaves,cashews and fried onions all over.Close the lid..
  11. Put a griddle on gas and heat..
  12. Put the Biryani pan/degchi on this and slow the flame..
  13. After 20-25mins turn off the heat..
  14. PROTEIN RICH Egg Biryani is ready.Serve with raita..
