- Heat1 table spoon ghee in a nonstick pan add cumin seeds green cardamom, Cinnamon and cloves saute.
- Add onion and saute till onions go golden brown in colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato and saute till they go soft and pulpy.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and sauté well..
- Add some water and salt to taste and mix well..
- Add curd mix and cook for 2 min..
- Add half the fried onion and mix well.
- Cut the eggs into half and add to the pan..
- Layer the cooked rice over the masala add saffron in fused milk and remaining ghee on top and mix the rice gently with out disturbing the masala at the bottom..
- Sprinkle remaining browned onion cover and cook on low flame 5 min...
- Garnish with Brown onions & serve it..
