Ingredients of Keema Haleem Kababs
- Prepare 1 bowl of Mutton mince (boiled and strained).
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of Wheat.
- It's 1/4 bowl of Moong dal whole.
- It's 1/4 bowl of Masoor dal whole.
- You need 1/4 bowl of Rice.
- It's 4 tbsp of Besan.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Kasuri methi.
- It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- You need of Oil for tempering and shallow fry.
Keema Haleem Kababs instructions
- First take wheat...wash it...and soak it in water for 1 hr..
- After 1 hour strain it and put it in mixer..don't run mixer in haste,we want it to be coursely grinded..it is just for removing it's covering...
- Then keep it in sunlight for 2 hours...automatically it's covering will saperate...it is most important part in the preperation of haleem..so wheat is ready now.
- Then wash rice and lentils and soak them together with ready wheat in water for 1/2 hr..
- Then pressure cook them with 2 glasses of water,salt and turmeric powder for 20 min.
- Strain them completely....
- Blend it.....
- Then in a pan take oil add all spices then add blended rice wheat and lentils...and saute them till it becomes thick..haleem is ready.
- Blend keema and add besan in it..
- Add it in haleem.
- Add coriander leaves and bread crumbs and kabab mixture is ready.
- Make kababs any shape of your choice and shallow fry it.
- Serve with cucumber...tomato ketchup..
