Ingredients of Crunchy Burfi

  1. You need 1/2 cup of Waterchestnut flour (Singhare ka Atta).
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of Dry coconut (grated).
  3. You need 3 of tbso Paneer/Cottage cheese (crumbled).
  4. It's 2 tbsp of Dry fruits (finelychopped almonds,pistachios,cashew nuts).
  5. Prepare 1 pinch of Green cardmom powder.
  6. You need 1 cup of Ghee/Clarified butter.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  8. It's 1/4 cup of Water.

Crunchy Burfi instructions

  1. Mix water chestnut (Singhare ka atta) and ghee very well then prepare soft dough of it using water..
  2. Make sugar syrup of one string consistency by adding green cardmom powder..
  3. Now in a bowl, add rest ingredients except ghee and mix them well..
  4. Cut small portions from the dough make poori of it stuff it with prepared stuffing, shape it as per your choice..
  5. Meanwhile, heat ghee in a frying pan, deep fry those burfi and dip them in sugar syrup for a minutes and take them out..
  6. Your crunchy burfi is ready to serve now..
