Ingredients of Mango Burfi
- You need 1 of Mango med size(ripe).
- It's 50 gm of Mawa or khoya.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- It's of Chopped cashews (optional).
- It's 1/2 tsp of Ghee.
Mango Burfi step by step
- Wash, clean and peel the Manga... chopped them......mash the mango pieces very well or grind in a mixer..
- Put ghee on a pan, heat, add mawa and stir till melts..
- Add the mango puree and sugar. Mix all well and stir continuously till you get a thick consistency that would not stick to the pan anymore..
- Transfer to a greased plate and spread it widely. Cut vertically and horizontally to get square shaped mango Burfi..
