Ingredients of Mango Pak(burfi)

  1. Prepare 1 cup of mango puri.
  2. Prepare 100 gm of mava or khoya.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of desiccated Coconut.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
  6. You need of Some chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashew and pista).

Mango Pak(burfi) step by step

  1. Switch on the flame and In a nonstick pan add 1tbsp ghee..
  2. Add mava or khoya..Stir about for1 min.on medium flame..
  3. Add mango puri and stir about for 4to5 min..
  4. Add sugar and continually stir till it becomes thick on high flame(avoid burning).
  5. Add chopped dry fruits..And coconut powder..Mix well..
  6. Transfer it into a greased plate and spread all over nicely..
  7. Keep it in freezer to set...For 2to3 hours.
  8. After that cut it into horizontally and vertically in shape..
