Ingredients of Toffee Vermicelli Kheer

  1. You need 1/2 cup of Vermicelli.
  2. It's 1 ltr of Milk.
  3. It's 1/4 cup of Sugar.
  4. You need 1/4 of tspn Salt.
  5. You need 4 tbsp of Condensed milk.
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp of Sugar (for making toffee).
  7. You need 1-2 tbsp of Ghee.

Toffee Vermicelli Kheer instructions

  1. 🥄Heat the pan, add ghee & roast the vermicelli..
  2. 🥄Boil milk in another sauce pan. Add the roasted vermicelli and allow to cook in low flame..
  3. 🥄Add sugar & salt and combine well. Cook for another 5 minutes..
  4. 🥄Meanwhile add 3 tbsp of sugar into a pan for making toffee. Allow it to melt completely in very low flame. Stir untill golden brown. Remove from flame and add 4 tbsp of condensed milk immediately and combine well. Bring it back to heat & mix well...
  5. 🥄Add the prepared toffee.
