- You need 500 ml of milk.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of pasta vermicelli.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.

- It's 1 tbsp of boiled rice.
- You need of Almonds and pistachios for garnishing.
Vermicelli Kheer step by step
- Heat milk in a pot. Let it come to a boil. Then add sugar and cardamom to it. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Dissolve custard powder in little amount of milk and set aside.
- Put pasta vermicelli and boiled rice in the milk and cook until vermicelli is tender..
- Add the dissolved custard to milk and keep on stirring. Cook until the desired consistency is reached then switch off the flame..
- Let the vermicelli kheer cool down a bit. Dish out in a glass bowl..
