Vermicelli Kheer step by step

  1. Heat milk in a pot. Let it come to a boil. Then add sugar and cardamom to it. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Dissolve custard powder in little amount of milk and set aside.
  3. Put pasta vermicelli and boiled rice in the milk and cook until vermicelli is tender..
  4. Add the dissolved custard to milk and keep on stirring. Cook until the desired consistency is reached then switch off the flame..
