- You need 350 g of Beef with bones.
- It's 1 of Onion medium.
- It's of Cinnamon stick 2.

- Prepare 1.5 cup of Steel cut oats.
- You need 1/2 cup of Oil.
- It's of Onion 1 medium.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Yogurt.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 2 tsp of Dhaniya powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Haldi.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Chaat masala.
- Prepare of Garnishing :-.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Chaat masala.
- It's 1 tbsp of Ginger julienne.
- Prepare of Podina leaves as required.
Oats Haleem instructions
- Take a big pot and put all the yakhni ingredients together..
- Let the yakhni cook for 2 hours until beef is soft.
- Strain the yakhni and set aside the stock.
- Now in a pot add oil and fry onions until golden..
- Add beef from yakhni and cook well. Add yogurt to it and mix well for 5 minutes..
- Add all the mentioned spices and oats and fill up yhe pot with strained yakhni.
- Let it cook until oats are fully cooked. You can add more water if needed..
- Garnish with podina adrak and chaat masala..
- Serve hot and enjoy either with just a spoon or naan😍.
