  1. It's 400 gm of indian cottage Chesse or chena.
  2. You need 200 gm of sugar.
  3. You need 2 tps of corn starch.
  4. Prepare 250 gm of full cream milk.
  5. It's 200 gm of condensed milk.
  6. You need 1 cup of mango pure.
  7. It's half tea spoon of mango essence.
  8. It's of some pistachio for garnish.

Summer Mango Rasmalai instructions

  1. Take chena and mashed it nicly to use your palm till became a smooth texture.
  2. Add add corn starch and few drop of mango essence and nicely mix.
  3. Keep to cover it for ten minute then divide it in 20 portion and make a ball and lightly give a flatern shape.
  4. Now take a big and deep pan put one and half litter of water and add sugar to it make it boil and put half tea spn milk to make the chasni clear.
  5. Strain it and again boil then put the chena ball in it and cook for 12 to 15 minute to cover it on high flame.
  6. When it cook it increase in size double.
  7. Let it cool down completely..
  8. Take a bowl put milk add condensed milk and some sugar blend it add mango pure and mix all this.
  9. Put the rasmalai to squeezed it in this mango rabdi and keep in fridge for one hour then serve to garnish it with pistachio...enjoy.
