Ingredients of Summer Mango Rasmalai
- It's 400 gm of indian cottage Chesse or chena.
- You need 200 gm of sugar.
- You need 2 tps of corn starch.
- Prepare 250 gm of full cream milk.
- It's 200 gm of condensed milk.
- You need 1 cup of mango pure.
- It's half tea spoon of mango essence.
- It's of some pistachio for garnish.
Summer Mango Rasmalai instructions
- Take chena and mashed it nicly to use your palm till became a smooth texture.
- Add add corn starch and few drop of mango essence and nicely mix.
- Keep to cover it for ten minute then divide it in 20 portion and make a ball and lightly give a flatern shape.
- Now take a big and deep pan put one and half litter of water and add sugar to it make it boil and put half tea spn milk to make the chasni clear.
- Strain it and again boil then put the chena ball in it and cook for 12 to 15 minute to cover it on high flame.
- When it cook it increase in size double.
- Let it cool down completely..
- Take a bowl put milk add condensed milk and some sugar blend it add mango pure and mix all this.
- Put the rasmalai to squeezed it in this mango rabdi and keep in fridge for one hour then serve to garnish it with pistachio...enjoy.
