  4. For Tempering:- Take a kadai or pan Heat oil add mustard seeds, kasuri methi, curry leaves saute for a second. Now add onion greenchilli, capsicum, Saute for a few minutes. Add salt, tomato ketchup, lemon juice mix well. Now add steamed / cooked Dhokla Idli mix well cover and cook for 2 minutes..
