- Firstly take a pan add oil or ghee,,add chopped onions and dein tomatoes, add finely chopped veggies. Saute them for 5 min and add salt to taste, pepper, haldi, maggi masala, garam masala and mix well, add half glass water and mix well..
- Let it cook for 5 min and now add raw noodles and mix it then add 1 more glass water and mix..
