Zaafran & gulab Chenna kheer step by step
- Boil the milk.after 1 boil simmer the milk for 10 minutes..
- Put saffron in little bit of hot milk add rose water,cardamom powder and let it sit until colour of saffron oozes out.
- Slivered almonds.
- Now put the saffron mix and sugar into milk and simmer for 2 minutes.
- After milk got thicken put grated Chenna into it and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame put almonds and serve hot or chilled.
