  1. It's 1 cup of Basmati boiled rice.
  2. You need 1 of big bowl chopped vegetables(peas,carrot,beans, cauliflower).
  3. Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
  4. It's 1 of Onion for onion rings.
  5. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  6. Prepare 1 of boiled egg.
  7. You need 2 of potato.
  8. Prepare 1 of tspn red chilli powder.
  9. It's 1 of tspn Biryani masala.
  10. It's 1 drop of meethi atar.
  11. You need 1 drop of keora water.
  12. You need 1 drop of rose water.
  13. You need 2 tsp of saffron soaked milk.
  14. You need 3 tbsp of ghee.
  15. It's of Salt.

  1. Cut potato in round & thick.Heat oil, add salt & red chilli powder & fry the potatoes in it..
  2. Fry onion rings..
  3. Fry boiled ring egg pieces..
  4. Heat oil, add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while & then add all vegetables & spices.Cook it till it turn soft..
  5. Now in a hot pan mix ghee & saffron soaked milk in boiled rice & cook it for 2 to 3 minutes..
  6. Now take a vessel.Put boiled fried egg pieces & cooked vegetables first..
  7. Then add rice layer & decorate with fried potato pieces..
  8. Then add fried onion ring.Then again rice layer.Spread ghee & cover the vessel with lid & cook it for 5 mins..
  9. Now take a plate, flip the vessel & just move the plate a little bit.Biryani will spread all over the plate & the beauty can be seen from all corners..
