- Prepare 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
- You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.

- Take a pan, add cooking oil. When oil heats up add heeng and mustard seeds. Saute for a minute. Then add curry leaves. Saute it for 30 seconds..
- Add sliced onions and green chilli. Saute it for 2 minutes on high flame. Add chopped capsicum and tomato. Saute it for another 2-3 minutes..
- Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and soya sauce and 2 tbsp of water and saute it for 30 seconds. Add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
- Cut the Idlis into four pieces. And add it into a pan. Mix it well and cook for a minute on low flame so that all the idlis get covered with masala properly..
