  1. Prepare 250 gm of chana dal.
  2. You need 2 tsp of garlic ginger red chilli and green chilli paste.
  3. You need 2 tsp of rosted peanut crushed.
  4. You need 3/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  5. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of khada garam masala.
  9. Prepare 3 tsp of suji.
  10. It's To taste of Salt.
  11. You need as needed of Oil for frying.

Masala vada instructions

  1. Wash chana daal and soak for 5-6 hour then grind in to mixer.
  2. Take a grind daal rest for 3-4 hour in sunlight for fermetting after add all spices and suji in to dough of daal mix together.
  3. Grease your hand with oil and make a vada.
  4. Heat oil and fry in to slow to medium flame till the golden brown now ready your spice masala vada serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
