- Prepare 250 gm of chana dal.
- You need 2 tsp of garlic ginger red chilli and green chilli paste.
- You need 2 tsp of rosted peanut crushed.
- You need 3/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of khada garam masala.
- Prepare 3 tsp of suji.
- It's To taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Oil for frying.
Masala vada instructions
- Wash chana daal and soak for 5-6 hour then grind in to mixer.
- Take a grind daal rest for 3-4 hour in sunlight for fermetting after add all spices and suji in to dough of daal mix together.
- Grease your hand with oil and make a vada.
- Heat oil and fry in to slow to medium flame till the golden brown now ready your spice masala vada serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
