  1. You need 2 cups of Semolina or sooji.
  2. You need 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  3. It's 1/4 cup of Cashews.
  4. It's 1/4 cup of Almonds.
  5. You need 1 cup of Sugar.
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 Cup of Water.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Ghee.

  4. Mix well and when the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, switch off the gas. Take out the Sooji Halwa onto a deep plate and cut into diagonal shapes or any shape you prefer..
  5. Serve them hot or cold. It tastes yum both the ways. Enjoy!.
