  1. Prepare 1 cup of Jowar Flour -.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Wheat Flour -.
  3. You need 1 cup of Jaggery -.

  6. You need 2 tbsp of Gond -.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of Badam and Kaju -.

  1. Mix both jowar and wheat flour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp ghee to it..
  2. Knead the flour in a soft dough..
  3. Now in a pan add ghee (take as required) and fry gond..
  4. Crush this gond in a bowl..
  5. After that make muthiya (8 to 10 nos.) with the dough and fry them in ghee..
  6. Let them fry till they change golden brown on low flame..
  7. Now remove it a bowl and let them cool..
  8. Now grind the muthiyas finely into grinder..
  9. Take this mixture of muthiyas in a pan and dry roast it for about 2 to 3 minutes..
  10. Now in a pan add remaining 2 tbsp ghee and add jaggery..
  11. As soon as the jaggery melts add 1 tbsp water and add gond powder to it..
  12. Mix these things well and now add the muthiya's powder to it and mix well..
  13. Now take a greased tray and spread the mixture evenly over it..
  14. Garnish it with the dry fruits and let it cool..
  15. After its properly set cut in to barfis and enjoy..
  16. Here our healthy barfi is ready..!!.
