Ingredients of Egg Biriyani

  1. Prepare 500 gm of Basmoti rice:-.
  2. You need 6 pieces of Egg:-.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Ghee:-.

  5. Prepare 3 cup of Onion:- finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Ginger garlic paste:-.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Green chilli paste:-.
  8. You need 5-6 of cardamom.
  9. You need 3-4 of cinnamon.
  10. It's 4-5 of cloves.
  11. It's 2 of bay leaves.
  12. Prepare 2 tsp of sajeera.
  13. You need 2-3 of jaiphool.
  14. You need 4-5 of javitri.
  15. It's 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
  16. It's 1 tbsp of Coriander seeds.
  17. It's to taste of Salt.
  18. Prepare of Sugar little bit.
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp of Cumin powder:-.
  20. You need 2 tbsp of Rose water :-.
  21. It's 2 tbsp of Keora water:-.
  22. It's 2 piece of Potato:-.
  23. You need of For rice(4-5 clove, 3-4 cardamom, 2 bay leaves).

  25. Prepare 2 drop of Mitha ator(optional):-.

Egg Biriyani instructions

  1. All the whole spices blend a grinder and make a powder..
  2. Boiled the potato use pinch off food colour & set aside..
  3. Then take a mixing bowl add boiled egg,salt,cumin powder,biriyani masala(half), 1 tbsp rose water & 1 tbsp keora water & 1 drop mitha ator & mix well..
  4. Boiled the rice with cardamom,cloves and bay leaves & set aside. Heat 500 gm oil in a deep pan and the onion deep fry and make a beresta..
  5. Heat oil in a another deep pan add marinated egg and satue. Cover and cook 5 min then switch off the gas..
  6. Take potato over the egg curry & then all the rice over the egg curry. Then add ghee,remain biriyani masala,beresta,remain rose water & keora water,kesor with milk,sugar & 1 drop mitha ator on top of the rice. Then cover it very tightly and switch on the gas in low flame it will be cook atlist 25 min..
  7. Garnishing with beresta & salad and serve hot..
